Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and growth areas.
2.Sales Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

3.Marketing Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

4.Collaboration:
