Roles and Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing marketing strategies, and managing a sales team to achieve exceptional results. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue generation and brand awareness.
- Identify and qualify potential customers, conducting market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize performance.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing process improvements.
