Roles and Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing marketing strategies, and managing a sales team to achieve exceptional results. Your key accountabilities will include:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue generation and brand awareness.

- Identify and qualify potential customers, conducting market research to understand industry trends and client needs.

- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize performance.

- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing process improvements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to stay competitive and drive innovation.

- Collaborate with other departments, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy.
