- Responsible for the preparation of Quotes as per the Enquiry received and the BOQ derived.
- Interacting with the Vendors and obtaining the best price in coordination with the Procurement team and suggesting for the alternative makes.
- Responsible in preparing the Cost Benefit Analysis.
- Supporting the Sales team by attending the pre bid technical meetings, able to suggest the alternative makes in case of emergency.
- Collecting the necessary documents that are required to submit along with quotes.
- Able to understand the tendering process, thorough with the prequalification documents required, responsible for timely submission of tenders.
