Ezio Solutions - Consultant - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Summary :
The US/Singapore based Business Development Consultant will be the face of Ezio Solutions in USA / Singapore to external businesses and represent the entire product & services to the B2B & B2C marketplace.
Responsibility :
- Business Development Consultants provides sales for product & services and focus on client meetings, sales techniques, relationship building, and delivering value.
- Direct POC and field support at meetings and events in US / Singapore
- Support and assist the BDs in the development with current clients as necessary by attending relevant conferences, client meetings, client events, and collaborating on projects.
- Collaborate with BDs to review and provide feedback on draft client communication plans.
- Focus on managing the largest and most strategic clients.
- Develops new relationships with large-cap companies in strategic target markets, and has existing relationships willing to partner with Ezio.
- Conducts client needs analysis to establish client goals and expectations to form B2C / B2B agreements that create meaningful benefit solutions for the client.
- Manages client engagement to expand partnerships through relationship building and diversification and recommending relevant solutions.
- Identifies, prospects, and qualifies and converts new client opportunities, promoting the value of Ezio Solutions products and services for the prospective companies
- Negotiates service, program, product, and pricing agreements.
- Proactively leads strategic account planning that develops mutual client performance objectives with associated milestones.
- Develops and leads client marketing campaigns that promotes Ezio Solutions to new and existing Partnerships.
- Relentlessly pursues the highest levels of customer service, proactively assessing, clarifying, and catering to client needs
- Diligently maintains strategic internal client database in CRM, and shares information across internal teams
- Using CRM and collaborating with operations, track sales and marketing goals, initiatives, success and break points.
- Provide feedback on the content, design, and functionality of client landing pages in order to increase traffic and leads.
- Recommend marketing assets for standard and customized products to positively impact the sales team effectiveness.
- Recommend internal process and procedure improvements for client support opportunities and marketing opportunities
- Research and identify new market opportunities
- Monitor and provide competitive market intelligence
Education and Experience :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline from an institution accredited by an agency recognized (or international equivalent).
- 1 -3 years of experience in business to business (B2B) & business to Customer (B2C) sales and good history of acquiring and developing client DB.
