ezHealthTrack - Sales/Business Development Manager (2-4 yrs)
Business /Sales development manager is responsible for driving our Healthcare product sales across different channels; selling into targeted market across a multi-state territory.
- The successful candidate will have a proven ability and track record in managing, mentoring and motivating sales staff to build the company's status as a dominant industry leader in healthcare.
Salary Range: 5-7 LPA
Requirements :
- Self-motivated experienced entrepreneurial salesperson required.
- Develop relationships with new customers and secure accounts with existing contacts.
- Own customer acquisition with a results-driven sales approach.
- Rolodex of Healthcare providers contacts throughout India is preferred.
- Ongoing knowledge of competitors and trends of Healthcare industry.
- Motivated to work in fast-paced startup environment and make an impact.
- Creative resourceful problem-solving skills with exceptional communication practices.
Responsibilities :
- Driving new account growth
- Leading, motivating, coaching, and mentoring team of senior sales representatives.
- Mastering complex sales processes resulting in highly successful bid decisions, winning strategies, proposals, teaming decisions, and contract closings.
- Leading large, complex sales pursuits with long sales cycles.
- Accurate, timely forecasting and sales reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with key operational and solution expert colleagues.
Specific Knowledge Of The Following Domains Are Helpful :
- Population Health Management and Health IT.
- Health Program Administration.
- Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
- Healthcare Eligibility Services.
- Pharmacy Benefits Management .
- Long-Term Care (LTC), Home or Community-Based Services (HCBS).
Specific Skill Requirements And Years Of Experience Include :
- 2+ years of sales team management experience.
- 2+ years of experience with healthcare providers.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
- Strong business and high-level business development acumen.
- Record of success of and expansion of client business relationships, preferably with the public/private sector.
