ezHealthtrack - Executive - Customer Support (0-1 yrs)
We are hiring a talented Technical and Customer Support professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
- Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees
- Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage
Requirements
- Any bachelor's degree
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Time-management skills
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
- Experience working with different operating systems
- Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT service
