Ezetap - Manager - Brand EMI/Sales (5-9 yrs)
You will be responsible for :
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of partners to ensure continuous engagement.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key partner needs and requirements
- Developing Account insight and solutions.
- Working with the internal team and the OEM / Brands to launch campaigns and support retail sales and customer success team.
- Expanding the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Serving as the link of communication between key partners and internal teams
- Developing a diverse assortment of external partnerships with leading Corporates/Institutions and online businesses that will strategically further the goals of the company by providing brand appreciation, business growth and Alliance originated revenue.
- Resolving issues and problems faced by partners.
- Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Updating the alliance contact periodically with the latest happenings of the domain and the Company's achievements. Also updating the management periodically on the health of the account.
- Working closely with marketing to drive merchant and consumer awareness.
Here is what we need you to have :
- Around 5 years - 8 years- experience of account management in Partnership development.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Collaboration with Internal/External teams to enable EMI program across the merchant outlets.
- Reasonable understanding of executing affordability program of Banks and/or OEM.
- Experience in partnership development with mobile or CDIT companies is an added advantage.
