Your Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for outbound calls and lead generation from Database assigned
- Driving sales/lead generation through cold calling/Database assigned
- Lead management/updating on regular basis
- Responsible for follow-up and lead closure - both individual enterprise accounts
- Responsible for achieving individual targets set on monthly and quarterly basis
- Coordination with enterprise sales team for closure of leads
- Coordinating between sales team & the customer for closing the leads
- Responsible for making daily reports/MIS & sharing with RM
Here is what we need you to have :
- 2 - 4 years of work experience.
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with Sales CRM tool
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Any degree or equivalent
