Ezapp Solution - Manager - Business Development (2-6 yrs)
Position Overview :
- As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing business strategies that align with the company's goals, while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
Responsibilities :
1. Market Research and Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
2. Analyze and interpret market data to formulate effective business strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
3. Business Strategy Development : Develop comprehensive business plans, including market entry strategies, revenue generation, and market expansion initiatives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with overall company objectives.
5. Lead Generation and Sales : Identify and pursue new business leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing various marketing techniques.
6. Drive the sales process by nurturing leads, conducting product presentations, and negotiating contracts to secure new business deals.
7. Client Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
9. Partnerships and Alliances : Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, distributors, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
10. Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefits.
11. Proposal Development : Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
12. Customize proposals to address client-specific needs and requirements.
13. Sales Performance Analysis : Track and analyze sales data, revenue, and market performance to assess the effectiveness of business strategies.
14. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
15. Budget and Forecasting : Collaborate with the finance department to create and manage budgets for business development activities.
16. Provide accurate revenue forecasts based on market trends and sales performance.
17. Team Leadership and Collaboration : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of business development professionals to achieve collective targets.
18. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team.
Requirements :
1. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful business growth.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3. In-depth knowledge of market research, business development strategies, and sales techniques.
4. Strong understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
