EyeROV - Manager - Sales (7-15 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility
- To work with Govt Organizations like Police, Fire and Rescue, Disaster Organizations for sales of EyeROV product and solutions
- Manage end to end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realisation
- Creation of techno-commercial proposal for clients, tenders and other projects
- Responsible for the post-sales coordination with Client and Operations team for the execution of work, follow-up for getting payments after work completion and maintaining customer relationships
- Handle Tenders with Govt, PSU, Semi-Govt, State Govt, Private Companies
- Achieve the sales target of the company
- Reports Directly to CEO
Skills:
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Active listening skills, highly consultative and solution-oriented
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Ability to learn, understand and communicate technical product requirement
- Ability to speak fluently in English and Hindi.
Added Advantage :
- Candidates who have worked in Dams, Bridges, Marine, Shipping or Oil & Gas Industry
- Worked with existing clients of EyeROV
Experience :
6 - 15 years relevant experience in the Sales
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering ( Civil/Mechanical) or related degree
- Should have done B2G & B2B technical sales
- Should have prior sales experience with the state police/disaster management (MUST)
