EyeROV - Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Manage end to end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realization
2. Creation of techno-commercial proposal for clients, tenders, and other projects
3. Be the company's representative and - Single Point of Contact- for Business Development and Promotional events
4. Responsible for the post-sales coordination with the Client and EyeROV's Operations Team
5. Identification of future key projects
6. Identifying partners with synergy
7. Handle Tenders with Govt, PSU, Semi-Govt, State Govt, Private Companies
Skills:
1. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
2. Active listening skills, highly consultative and solution-oriented
3. Strong work ethic and self-starter
4. Able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
5. Excellent communicator and relationship builder
6. Ability to learn, understand and communicate technical product requirements.
7. Fluent in Hindi(speaking, reading), English (speaking, writing, and reading).
Added Advantage:
1. Candidates who have worked in Dams, Bridges, Marine, Shipping or Oil & Gas Industry
2. Worked with existing clients of EyeROV
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Civil) or MBA or related degree
2. Should have done B2B Technical Sales
3. Should have Technical sales experience with the Central/State Govt.
Experience:
5 - 10 years relevant experience in Technical Sales in B2B and B2G
