Eye Q - Manager - Customer Activation & Brand (5-8 yrs)
Manager - Customer Activation and Brand drives patient acquisition for Eye Q:
- Builds and executes plans to drive aggressive target of new patient (Customer) acquisition using multiple channels.
- Deepens relationship and maximises winning back of existing Patients (Customers) using multiple channels.
- Creates network of alliances including Corporates to increase patients.
- Constantly understands patient behaviour and leverages patient database to deepen patient relationship.
- Positions Eye Q as the most trusted and respected health care brands in India effectively using best return on investment brand/ media plans.
- Extensively uses digital and technology platforms to drive patient acquisition and brand building.
Person & Fitment:
MBA with 5-8 years of experience in Activation/Marketing/Brand Management/ Sales preferably in FMCG, Consumer Brands, E- Commerce or Pharma. Engineering graduates are preferred. Women candidates are preferred.
Though Eye Q is present in 40 hospitals and 25 towns, it remains a start-up in mind and spirit. The opportunity to build a brand and create systems is high. The plan is aggressive and requires high level of energy and passion to work. The business plan; the leadership team, and the culture is grounded and small town focused.
