The opportunity: Customer Service Support Advisor
Location: Client office - Gurgaon (Cybercity) or Kolkata (DLF 2 Rd, Newtown)
Employment type - FTE, 12-month contract
Shifts: EMEA/UK shift timings, 5 days working, rotational week offs
Your key responsibilities :
Voice Role : Primarily focused on handling international customer inquiries and issues through voice calls.
Online Front-Ending
Upselling : Requires the ability to identify upselling opportunities and integrate them into customer interactions.
Sales Pitch Flexibility : Should be adaptable and flexible in adjusting sales pitches based on customer responses and needs.
Inbound Operations : Deals with incoming customer calls and inquiries.
Customer-Focused : Prioritizes customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
