Role: Business Development Executive - Inside Sales

Experience : 1-3 years

Languages : English (Mandatory) and Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu

Compensation : 3 -8LPA Plus Incentives

Training period : 15 days

Job Description :

About the role :

- We're seeking a qualified Business Development Executive and Senior Business Development Executive to sell Extramarks product that our customers have grown to rely on. They should utilise their skills to generate high quality referrals, build a strong relationship with customers and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Role details (please read):

- Work Location: Banglore

- Working days: 6 working days with 1 day-off on monday

- Mandatory Language Fluency: English and kannada

- Laptop/Wi-fi: candidates to use their own laptops and Wi-fi.

- Wifi charges shall be reimbursed as per policy on submission of bills.

Qualifications :

- Freshers or Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales

- Preferably > years of experience in Sales

- International sales experience a big plus

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.

- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

- Strong business acumen and work ethics

- Ability to counsel a parent for the child's future

Pre-requisites:

- Laptop or TAB with Good Internet connectivity and

- Smartphone with good network

Interview Process :

- Round 1 - Online Aptitude Test

- Round 2 - Video Call Interview

- HR Auditing & Confirmation
