Job Overview
Position: - The role being offered is Business development executive/Sr. Business Development
Executive/Assistant Manager. As a Business Development you role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students), to set up meetings, counsels the student on learning pedagogues.
Location: - Bangalore / Surat - Gujrat
Expected Skills for BDE/Sr.BDE/AM
- B.E. / B.Tech, MBA, PGDM, Or Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- 3 months or more experience in sales (preferably in Ed-tech)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- Must be able to speak the Regional Language
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth.
- Communicate company products and services via Calling and E-mail and build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
- Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.
- Achieve weekly and monthly goals.
- Be a self starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
- Remain knowledgeable about all organization's products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
- Completing input numbers on daily basis and taking up revenue responsibility.
- To research and analyze the customer's requirements and present best solutions.
- Keep abreast with Extramarks latest offerings and best practices.
- Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
- Support marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability.
- Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
- Pursuing the client for up sale. Ensuring client satisfaction from time to time.
- Work with business team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
- Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.
- Acting as a mediator between client schools & HO.
Requirements :
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada, Gujrati.
- Must have a laptop and a two-wheeler with driving license
- Must be willing to travel across Karnataka
- Must be flexible in working hours.
- Salary up to 7 LPA.
