ExtraMarks - Area Sales Manager (2-4 yrs)
Profile - Institutional B2B Sales
- Approaching schools
- Generating Leads
- Making the proposition to the school management and Jr. Colleges
- Strategizing various In-School / After-School activities for revenue generation
- Arranging and giving Demo/conducting Workshops to school management, Principal and teachers.
- Handling all the documentation work until completion (signing up the contracts)
- Maintaining and reporting the school's status on daily basis
- Pre and Post visit reporting to the lined manager
- Assigned School's data collation
- Maintain strong After Sale Relations with the customers
- School's Profiling (All pertinent information about the school)
- Revenue generation from schools and Jr. Colleges through institutional sale.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to connect and interact with potential customers, persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills with proven sales results.
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
