Express Stores - Category Manager - Non Food Segment (2-4 yrs)
- Driving the P&L for the Non-Food, Home & Personal Care category for the business.
- Closing the TOTs (Terms of trade) timely with major brands like HUL, P&G, RB, ITC, Godrej and the likes.
- Assortment building in order to drive desired top-line and bottom-line targets
- Have a thorough understanding of the industry, trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments Customer understanding.
- Strong focus on customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to deliver a customer experience that is unparalleled.
- Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict customer behaviour. Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet P&L goals, drive necessary promotions, campaigns basis insights Marketing.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in non-food category in retail chain.
- Self-starter, go to person for delivering the set goals
- Detail Oriented, Process Oriented, Execution enabler
- Strong collaborative skills to problem solve for the business goals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree equivalent from Tier-1 institution
