We have an Opening for the position of Sales coordinator- E-commerce in Entertainment Industry (Gaming Specialist).

Designation : Sales coordinator : E-commerce

Reporting to : Manager- Sales

Job Description :

- To deal and coordinate with online sales partners ( Flipkart, Amazon, TataCliq, Paytm)

- To plan for the allocation of Stock and complete the shipment process as per the sales order

- To prepare and maintain the records ( sales, purchase, payment, receipt) of online sales channel wise and update the top management

- To handle stock management on daily basis.

- To coordinate with Internal and external departments (sales team and channel partner)

- To check payment received and transaction details through System and update the finance team about the same.

- To handle additional responsibilities as & when delegated by the management

Desire Profile :

- Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.

- Proven experience of handling online business.

- Good computer skills.

- Proficient with MS-office (especially Excel, Pivot Table).

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- A team player with high level of dedication.
