FCL & LCL Sales Executive (Clearing and Forwarding Industry)

Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic FCL Sales Executive to join our team in the Clearing and Forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets for Full Container Load (FCL) services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve FCL sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Market Research : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
- Proposal Preparation : Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing and service options tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiation : Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Collaboration : Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
- Networking : Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company services and establish contacts.
- Experience : 5 years of sales experience in the logistics or clearing and forwarding industry, with a focus on FCL services.
Skills :
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge : Understanding of FCL shipping processes, regulations, and industry standards.
