Position Description :
1) Sales of corrugated boxes, woven sacks and flexible packaging materials
2) Handle sales in international markets
3) Bring with him client base in similar industry in international markets
4) Capable of building strategic tie ups with MNCs in global markets
5) Very well versed with the export regulations (Country specific)
6) Identifying companies / markets which require boxes, bags and flexible packaging material
7) Visit these companies / markets to meet the decision makers and pitch the products
8) Engage with them and build rapport there by generating business opportunities
9) Also take care of post sales support required by the client
10) Provide time to time market intelligence to the company
11) Daily reporting of the visits
12) Capture maximum market share in the respective companies / markets
13) Negotiate the best deals to ensure higher profit margins
14) Complete knowledge of international market segments
15) Identify global prospects
16) Schedule order deliveries & also follow up on receivables
17) Independent self-starter with good soft skills
18) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
19) Key account management
20) Need high customer centricity
21) Flexibility & adaptability as per business requirements
22) Technical knowledge of production / quality parameters
23) Client prospecting & cost management
1) Master's degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
2) 5 years minimum in export sales
3) Specialised training in Sales
4) Foreign trade certifications, if any.
