EXpoodle Tech - Manager - Digital Marketing (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Working alongside key leaders and leading a team of SEO, Content Writer and Paid Ad specialists to improve organic search rankings, referral, organic traffic, revenue, lead generation and conversions.
- The candidate should have experience developing strategic and successful SEO and Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Accountable for defining strategy and executing comprehensive SEO and Digital Marketing across several websites and in support of company goals.
- Collaborate with team members in all departments of SEO, Content, Web Design & Development teams to ensure that sites and content are built/optimized utilizing current best practices for site architecture, content, social and linking strategies.
- Develop SEO strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings and fuel leads
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts Monitor key metrics to measure SEO performance, website performance, and overall impact
- Provide content ideas for on-page, off-page to boost targeted keywords rankings Get necessary off-page activities done by the team to build and expand brand presence
- Analyze website health regularly through audits and take corrective measures
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns Should have good knowledge of email campaign tools
- Thorough understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods Highly proficient in using Google Analytics, Webmaster, and SEMrush Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
