Exponentia.ai - Business Development Role (3-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Targeting:
- Conduct in-depth research on target industries, companies, and individuals within the Middle East region to identify new business prospects.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within the region to support strategy and sales efforts.
Lead Generation & Qualification :
- Source and qualify leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospects to establish interest, understand their needs, and qualify them for the sales team.
Pipeline Management :
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in CRM software and provide regular updates on lead status to the sales team.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Sales Support :
- Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings, preparing briefing materials, and providing market insights to enhance sales pitches.
- Identify and act on cross-selling and upselling opportunities in collaboration with account managers.
Reporting & Feedback :
- Regularly report on KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and regional trends.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams regarding client needs and regional market demands.
Must Haves :

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role focused on the Middle East market.
- Strong understanding of Middle Eastern business cultures and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets.
