Explorex - Executive - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Take the responsibility of onboarding the client and taking them to live on our platform by performing necessary tasks in coordination with the sales team. Schedule Training sessions at all our partnered restaurants.
- Train the restaurant management staff about our product and how to use it.
- Make sure that the staff is implementing & following the right processes and practices.
- Take complete ownership of managing the accounts and solving problems in real-time that are faced by clients.
- Handle a group of team members and make sure everybody is following the right practices and procedures.
Skills & Competencies :
- Proven work experience in the - eld of operations or in similar roles
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, with a high degree of alliance & respect for work culture, people, systems & processes
- Excellent abilities in mentoring & coaching to achieve performance from the team
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments with a calm & capable approach
