Explorars - Associate/Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Map, identify and prospect potential clients and plan an approach to address them.
2. Develop an annual tactical plan for business development and sales for your respective region.
3. Meet the key stakeholders/ decision makers in educational institutions and communicate the company sales pitch. Convince them to travel with Explorars.
4. Build and handle a relationship with clients and ensure good rapport.
5. Build and maintain enough pipeline to ensure target achievement consistently.
6. Build International schools database for Bangalore.
7. Timely reports of sales calls made every day, week, and month.
8. Provide inputs for product development and marketing based on feedback received by various clients.
9. Provide periodic reports on sales data, sales development, and customer feedback and competitor activities.
10. There may be some additional responsibilities as we grow as an organization.
