Roles and Responsibilities for B2C :
1. This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance Environment that focuses on spreading about Expertrons to help Freshers & professionals with their interview Schedule and Placement Opportunity
2. Your role will start with contacting potential candidates. Counsel the aspirants about the PPO Program and get onboard with Expertrons by signing ISA.
3. Understanding the candidate profile in-depth and promoting it for Placement.
4. Actively seeking out new candidates through call, chat, etc
5. This hybrid model of sales will give you exposure to the best of Inside-sales and direct sales.
6. Strong Follow up with candidates for ISA Signing
7. Check basic Communication of candidates before pitching the product.
Preferred Skill Sets :
1. Keen interest in Sales & education.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Being interested in mentoring students and knack for sales and positioning an idea.
4. 1 Year Exp into Inside Sales (Product Sales)
