1.Handling any functions like Fare Construction / Fare audit / Refunds / Ticketing.
2.Maintain accuracy of information given and documented.
3.Adhere to standard operating procedures required.
4.Voice profile handling Inbound CS & Sales Calls from US customers.
5.Selling Air fare Packages to customers.
6.Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries / date change / cancellations.
7.First Call Resolution.Dealing with customer queries and complaints providing advice about visas or passports
8.managing budgets
9.maintaining statistical and financial record
10 Experience of Amadeus/Sabre and World Span a must
