Expert Sales Executive - Pharma (1-4 yrs)
Graduate, preference will be for B. Pharma/ Science
Experience of max 4 years in a science driven organization, preferably a company engaged in promotion of pharmaceutical products or nutritionals to Healthcare Professionals
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate effective Pre and Post Call Planning customized to specific HCP requirements
- Provide territory performance data, doctor profiles, chemist profiles and execution data in stipulated formats for effective management of the territory
- Maintain and share monthly inventory of all inputs and samples
- Timely reporting as per systems & process laid out by the organization
- High engagement with the immediate team and the extended team
- Respond quickly to all expert queries within the individuals area of knowledge/ seek support to resolve the same
- Strict adherence to compliance protocols of the organization
- Provide accurate information pertaining to GSKCH products and their approved indications in a manner which will ensure only labeled use of these products
Key Competencies:
- Ability to work in teams to execute organizational strategies
- Excellent communication skills in English & Vernacular & knowledge of the territory
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and work independently to accomplish key priorities and tasks
- Good interpersonal skills that can help build relationships with KOLs, internal stakeholders & Key ACCOUNTS
- Software skills (computer basic, internet, emails)
