RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Managing PPC Operations for the company and it's clients at large scales.
2. Managing all external PPC vendors of the company, being responsible for their campaign stretegies, and output.
3. Helping the business development team with structured keyword research while pitching to clients.
4. Analytics & Reporting
5. Facebook Ads & Instagram ads - You will get trained if this is not your strong suit.
6. Attending client meetings and client calls to provide consultancy on related topics.
7. Work closely with product managers and UI/UX teams to create high converting websites, apps & landing pages.
8. Helping the content team produce content around Performance Marketing.
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Have to be naturally good at numbers since you will be responsible for several data analytics related tasks, specially pertaining to market research and campaign analytics.
2. In depth understanding of how PPC works. Must have experience in scaling campaigns, creating merchant campaigns etc.
3. Existing knowledge of running and scaling facebook ads would be preferred. In case the practical experience is missing, theoretical understanding is a must, along with willingness to learn the topic.
4. Acute logical reasoning skills to understand the nitigrities of the digital landscape and take crucial business decisions based on that.
5. Highly ambitious, growth driven individual who wants to work at a fast paced learning environment.
6. The candidate must be highly responsible as they will be dealing with client's money, as well as the company's.
7. Should be able to do basic performance forecasting on the basis of keywords, historical data and ad budget.
