Expert - B2C Sales - EduTech (7-12 yrs)
- Sales role in building relation with customer & grows revenue strategically by focusing on (B2C) sales opportunities.
- Practical solution seller who takes a hands-on approach and is driven to achieve results.
- Strong Sales performance -Driven Strategy in establishing and growing the business in manifold.
Role:
- Lead & Manage Direct Sales and Tele Sales Teams - Inhouse / Remote and strive to deliver the business targets..
- Own complete P&L of the Direct sales/ Tele sales vertical and formulate a data-driven strategy for business enhancement.
- Design the sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to achieve these goals.
- Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances.
Candidate's profile :
- Graduate from a Top Tier Business School.
- Overall 5+ years of work experience, with expertise in managing B2C sales / tele sales team.
- P&L ownership with excellent leadership & team management skills
- Job Location: Navi Mumbai - MBP (As of now Work from Home)
