Expansion Manager - Service Sales - IT Hardware - Office Automation (7-15 yrs)
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving set quotas for Service business that includes Contract Sales and Service Packs and Parts for India.
- Maximize service-attach success of new printer sales and to grow service attach success with existing installed base.
- Engage with Strategic Key Accounts directly to secure Service Contract business.
- Work with the Company's sales teams to grow new and installed base renewal business.
- Achieve targeted attach rates for contracts.
- Work closely with Service Delivery Manager to offer exemplary customer service, and escalate customer concerns or complaints quickly for redressal.
- Work with local service providers and motivate them for Service sales to increase contract sales, Service packs and Parts only pack sales using them as a channel.
- Work with the Marketing team to convert end-users to Product Sales.
- Work with the Regional Director on strategy and program for future growth
- Work cross functionally, including globally with Service Sales Teams in the US and Asia to share and leverage on Best Practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- University Engineering degree required, MBA desirable
- Comprehensive Industry Knowledge
- Strong Customer-Facing Skills
- Self-motivated
- Globally Minded
- Strong systems experience including CRM like Salesforce
- English language required. Strong written and verbal presentation communication
- 7+ years- in Key Account Sales preferably with an MNC company.
