Expansion Manager - Franchisee COCO Model - EV Technology (8-12 yrs)
Role: Expansion Manager (Coco Model)
Location: Bangalore
We are currently retained by a leading clean energy/EV company to hire an Expansion Manager (Franchisee-COCO Model) who will be responsible setting up and managing end-to-end operations of the company owned and operated franchisees.
The Key responsibilities include devising and implementing a strategic approach to launch new franchise stations, selecting ideal locations, and managing projects from inception to completion. This role focuses on fostering partnerships with relevant stakeholders-including local authorities, utility providers, and property owners-to support business expansion in line with urban development objectives and taking care of revenue generation.
Please note experience working in a COCO Franchise model and overseeing expansion and business activities is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all franchise projects from initiation to completion.
- Drive deployment strategy, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure high franchise performance and reliability, implementing regular maintenance and upgrades.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and address escalations effectively.
To fit the bill, you must have :
- 8+ years of experience with proven expertise in COCO Franchise model preferably in clean energy/EV space
- Good understanding of EV technology.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with local government, regulations, and environmental policies related to transportation and energy.
