Expand My Business - Executive - Business Development (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for a person who is passionate about sales and would like to manage multiple stages of the sales pipeline. You should be a competent, motivated and ambitious Sales, Account Executive. You must love finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients. You will be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base. We are expecting you to have skills and experience in sales and in customer service, and you are self-driven and result oriented.

Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and pitch the relevant solution.

- Active front-end selling and cross-selling to potential buyers over the platform.

- Extensive coordination with ExMyB partners to close deals.

- Deliver daily progress, revenue and activity report for all clients.

- Analyze, research, recommend and implement processes and systems.

- Working with the operations and technology teams to ensure efficient delivery of the project as per the guidelines.

- Outbound client acquisition through social media and networks.

- Keeping track of all the documentation required for a transaction.

- Helping both buyers and sellers in an ongoing transaction.

- Maintain regular contact with clients to gain a deeper understanding on their needs & concerns and work with internal teams to resolve those

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven work experience ideally in a B2B sales environment

- Post Graduate Degree holder from good MBA colleges (Tier 1 Colleges preferred)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in B2B sales is preferred.

- Good communication skills (both English and Hindi).

- Demonstrated initiative-boldness and flexibility.
