Exide Life Insurance - Relationship Officer/Manager - Direct Channel (1-5 yrs)
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
- Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that made to customer
- Cross sell and up sell Exide Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.
- Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities
- Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.
- Demonstrate competence in target marketing to specific prospects
- Good influencing and negotiation skills.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position):
- 1 to 4 years of work experience in direct sales.
- Should be a Graduate (any discipline) with sales background
- Should be mobile savvy and must carry an android phone
- 2 Wheeler is must
- Age below 30 yrs
- Go-getter
- High on energy with positive outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
