Relationship Manager - Online Tele Assist
Position Summary - Assist customers who walk into our website and inquire about our term and health plan to understand the product, and create a great customer experience during the buying journey.
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
- Call customers who have logged into our website and explain product details manage objections and help the customer eventually to complete the buying journey
- Create great customer engagement levels and build a good pipeline of followups and hot prospects
- Ensure daily call, contact targets login hours and schedule adherence is met
- Ensure call quality score is meeting benchmarks
- Meet targets on conversion rates, NOP and WFYP
- Ensure a healthy login to issuance % and less than 0% cancellations
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) :
- Graduate (BA, BSC, BBM, BCA B com ) with or without experience.
- In case experienced, Experience of 6 months to 2 years experience in selling and closing sales over the phone for life insurance products
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi or English and any 2 regional languages.
- Exceptional soft skills and customer engagement levels.
- Good at objection handling and solution
- Knowledge of MS office and Net savvy smart phone savvy. Familiar with latest e commerce apps and platforms.
- Should be willing to work in shifts 6 days a week
