Exide Life Insurance - Manager - Sales Training - Direct Sales Channel (4-9 yrs)
Position Summary :
- A training team leader in the Direct channel based out of Regional Office- Bangalore. She/ He will be responsible for entire channel training operations, planning & building training capacities across the regions for Direct Sales Team
Key Accountabilities :
- Training need identification for Sales Team for the Southern Region
- Train internal Training Team/Conduct Certification Process/Sit through of actual Training Programs for validation/ Self development/ Relationship management with Stake holders/Driving Sales Productivity/Conducting High End Training programs/Content Development/Liaison with external Vendors/Classroom training programs on people/skill development of Direct & Tele Sales Force
- Joint calls (observation) - documented with follow up plan and proper review mechanism for the supervisor
New initiatives on:
- Skill development for Self and Team
- Process enhancement and perfection
- Support to business development
