Exide Life Insurance - Manager - Sales Support (3-9 yrs)
Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish)
- Contribute in the business planning process for the channel (Bancassurance, Brokers, Corporate Agents & Referral Partners) and by providing insights on past performance and the potential of the channel
- Create and implement effective strategies/ best practices from the industry to improve channel productivity
- Track and monitor the channel on key performance parameters.
- Sales Automation and Payout Automation
- Contest and Incentive Payout
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
- Create innovative multi parameter based R&R program to broad base participation and thereby increase the employee activation
- Launch, promote, track and fulfill the R&R programs for the Channel
- Maintain and publish all related MIS and partner Dashboards
- Business Analytics and MIS
- Partner Proposals
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
- Analytical approach
- Excel knowledge and point presentation skills
- Knowledge of Regulations (Banca & CABR) and Banca & CABR business
- Very good in MS Excel and Power Point Presentation
- Knowledge on SQL queries
- Good communication Skills
