Exide Life Insurance - Manager - Sales (2-10 yrs)
A leadership role :
- Recruit /Financial Consultant .
- Help Advisors with Career Progression.
- Enhance advisors earnings based on vintage.
- Focusing on advisor's retention.
- Sell policies directly and indirectly
- Counseling and motivating the advisors
- Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically
- Involves field sales
- Generate leads
- Drive activities for key business drivers.
- Meeting customer directly and trying to close the business
- Maintain long term relationship with customers.
Compensation and Benefits :
CTC will be Max 6.00LPA based on the current CTC.
Apart from CTC they will be eligible for
- FC recruitment incentives.
- Advisor development incentives.
- Business target achievement incentives.
- Quarterly and yearly contests apart from the business incentives.
Eligibility :
- Qualification: Graduation without any backlog.
- Good communication skill and should be localities.
- Two wheeler is mandatory.
