Designation - Sales Manager

Department: Sales Tied Agency

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Position Summary :

Lead front line sales of the company's products and services, responsible for team handling and building advisor capacity in the branch, ensuring training requirements for all advisors are being met, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual business targets with the support of team and individual performance.

Key Accountabilities :

- Building Agency - Identify and recruit potential advisors (Ex: House wife, retired person, students, any family members etc) who are highly productive and in accordance with the business plan within stipulated timeframe.

- Driving Sales - Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.

- Manage team performance and productivity - Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.

- Leadership - Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.

- Mentoring and Training - Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors" performance.

- Involves attending sales calls (outside the office)

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications

- should be a Graduate

- Minimum 1 year exp. in Insurance industry & overall exp. should be 2+ years

- Age criteria: 25 to 45 years

- Two-wheeler is mandatory.

- Good Communication skills
