Position Summary:

To assist the department in efficiently creating and launching training content in whatever form required in a time-bound manner.

Key Accountabilities :

- Creation of content in the form of presentations, workbooks and any other content as may be required from time to time. Liaison with other departments for signoff and timely release of content to the on-field trainers. Creation and approval of other content that may be required from time to time. To maintain the content repository and to update content as and when required.

- Creating Design Documents and Concept Notes to create a blueprint for content to be created

- To facilitate and deliver product launches through content support in the form of design documents, concept notes and launch presentations

- Co-conceptualizing the storyboard, working with the vendor on designing, presentation of the concept and module to various stakeholders and ensuring launch of each new product with an e-learning module. Also to ensure conversion of each product presentation with an e-learning module in addition to the product presentation

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)

- Graduate/ Post - Graduate

- Knowledge of Instructional Design will be a plus

- Good communication skills

- Self-starter

- Should be able to network effectively and liaison with multiple stakeholders

- Good understanding of the BFSI sector
