Exide Life Insurance - Channel Training Manager (2-7 yrs)
Job Description:
- Training Planning, Scheduling, Execution & Implementation of B & A Employee's & the channel partners
- Ensuring timely conduction & completion of Launches or any other initiatives
- Engage with the Sales Leaders & work in tandem with them for training
- MIS & Training Documentation
- Coordinate with Area Head and Branch Managers for FC's and Advisors training.
- Calenderization of training.
