Exide Life Insurance - Branch Training Manager - Direct Sales Channel (2-8 yrs)
The incumbent would be responsible for training requirement of the region. Training requirement and activation of FOS
Key Accountabilities:
Training & Development
- Conduct New Hire Induction programs, IC33 sessions, Skill Building programs and refresher sessions on a regular basis
- Publish Training Calendar in a timely manner
- Conduct assessments and certify all modules
Activation 0-3 Vintage
- Drive minimum 75% new FOS productivity and activation of FOS with on filed support.
Service to Sales
- Train and develop FOS with superior service experience.
- Conduct joint calls with RO/RMs for demonstration and observations.
Content & Tools
- Identify gaps and build relevant tools and content to enhance skills/knowledge/processes to create superior learning experience
