Exide Life Insurance - Branch Training Manager (5-8 yrs)
Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish) :
- A training team leader in the Direct channel based out of Regional Offices. She/ He will be responsible for entire channel training operations, planning & building training capacities across the regions for Direct Sales Team
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
- Training need identification for Sales Team
- Train internal Training Team/Conduct Certification Process/Sit through of actual Training Programs for validation/ Self development/ Relationship management with Stake holders/Driving Sales Productivity/Conducting High End Training programs/Content Development/Liaison with external Vendors/Class room training programs on people/skill development of Direct & Tele Sales Force
- Webinars
- Joint calls (observation) - documented with follow up plan and proper review mechanism for the supervisor
New initiatives on :
- Skill development for Self and Team
- Process enhancement and perfection
- Support to business development
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) :
- Post Graduate
- Insurance/Financial Sector - Direct sales training specialization
- 8-10 years in sales training and development, and experienced in Team Management
- Proficient in English, Hindi and Local languages
Personal Attributes & Competencies :
- Remains abreast and educates others on all regulatory compliance
- Uses technology to assist in training - Webinars, Online Modules
- Ensures training days, timings, and documentation strictly as per approved guidelines
Performance Measures (The quantitative measures of the job's overall responsibility) :
- Implements a system to measure the training effectiveness at all 4 levels of Kirkpatrick's Model for all internal and external training of employees
- Publish monthly training calendar
- Weekly training update
- Conduct weekly tests and ensure sales team achieves a satisfaction score in the following areas:
- Product knowledge
- Processes (sales and system)
