POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Branch Advisor Development Manager
BUSINESS UNIT: Business & Competency Development
REPORTING TO: Area Advisor Development Manager at Area Office
NO OF REPORTEES: None
LOCATION : As per Requirement
- Responsible & Managing the Holistic End to End Advisor Agency Cycle (Onboarding, Recruitment, Activation & Productivity Management) for assigned locations / branches
- Ensuring hiring, managing, retention & development of Consultant Trainers in all locations of the area for conducting IRDAI batches
- Overlooking the 25 hrs. Training Program for Advisors through Consultant Trainers
- Conducting/coordinating on other relative activities such as brand activations, BOPs etc. to help Sales on recruitment activities.
- Flair for Sales (with focus on Advisor Development)
- Age 28-35 years of age.
- Willing to travel across the assigned locations
- Managing Desired Advisor Development Productivity

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in Sales Training with at least 1-2 yrs. experience in Life Insurance (or) 3+ years of Experience in Sales in Tied Agency Channel of Life Insurance Industry
- Should be a Graduate ( any discipline)
- Must have basic knowledge of IC38 courseware & how IC38 training works
