Exicon Group - Account Manager (3-5 yrs)
1. Represent Exicon as a point of contact for clients and partners
2. Attending meetings and Interpreting Client's Brief
3. Understand the client's objectives, and converting brief into business
4. Researching about the brief, making presentations in line with the brief & Sharing a winning proposal with the client.
5. Ensure clients are kept up-to-date with related event developments
6. Deal with day-to-day clients- inquiries and respond in a timely and appropriate manner
7. Liaise with the internal Operations team to ensure that all aspects of the event are consistent with client's requirements
8. Manage the branding process for clients
9. Develop and expand business with existing set of clients
10. Follow up with the client for the payment as per the due date of bills as well as feedback
11. Coordination with Internal Team and external Vendors for effective completion of the project
12. Overseeing account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
