Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Interior Sales Executive to join our team in Jakkur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong connections in the interior sales industry and be adept at capturing both existing and new customers. The role involves meeting customers, showcasing the company's expertise, and converting opportunities into sales.

Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement : Identify and engage with potential and existing customers to generate sales leads.

Product Demonstration : Showcase the company's interior products and services to potential clients effectively.

Sales Conversion : Convert sales leads into confirmed sales through effective negotiation and relationship management.

Market Coverage : Cover the Bangalore region and surrounding locations to maximize sales opportunities.

Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, architects, and other key stakeholders.

Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management on market trends, competition, and customer needs.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in interior sales with a strong network in the industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and sales skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
