Hiring for Business Development Executive.
A business development professional has three primary responsibilities :
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
The ideal candidate should be :
- Can join immediately
- Preferably a fresher graduate(B.Com/ BBA/ BMS), Undergraduates with prior experience can also apply
- Having previous experience in international sales would be a big plus.
- A self starter and an initiative taker
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate and close deals end to end.
