Job Role
- Reporting to the Vendor Business Development Manager of the respective region/location.
- Identify, develop & manage strategic tie-ups with Milk Vendors to grow the business.
- Working as per the B2B sales plan, acquiring & onboarding Milk Vendors and manage the partnership.
- Confidence, commitment and passion to solve business challenges and deliver consistently.
- Get involved in the community focused launch plan of the company's services.
- Develop visibility and contacts in the community & with milk vendors.
- Work involves everyday visits to the field at early morning hours to meet milk vendors.
- Work may involve door to door campaigns or pamphlet distribution, wherever the situation demands or permits (May not be applicable during Covid19 restrictions)
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Bike (or any 2- wheeler) & Valid DL (Candidates need to carry DL and RC for interviews)
2. Smartphone
3. Good communication skills in English & Kannada mandatory.
4. Basic Computer knowledge
5. Willingness & Ability or Experience in Field Sales
6. Valid AADHAR No. (ability to generate e-Aadhar).
