PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business to bank customer sat bank branches across assigned locations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Establishing & strengthening relationship with Bank branch manager & staffs to gain leads
- Prospecting & meeting walk in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysis
- Increasing bank's customer awareness about Life Insurance products and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branch's customer base.
PERFORMANCE GOALS & INDICATORS FOR THE ROLE
- New Business
- Number of Policies
- Renewal Premium (Persistency)
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduation
Age : Max 34
Experience : 2- 4 yrs bancachaanel Insurance
- Currently/Last working should be in banca channel only
- Candidate will be working in Bank
