Executive - Zoomcar - Sales (2-3 yrs)

Position Summary :


We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role are to increase the number of bookings by reaching out to guests who dropped off in the booking funnel and to expand our car listings by engaging with hosts who have high ratings or have dropped off in the funnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and reach out to potential customers who have dropped off in the funnel

- Engage with these users through calls, emails, and messages to understand their concerns and encourage them to complete their transactions.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or questions that may have caused the drop-off.

- Track and report on the progress of these interactions and conversions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High level of self-motivation and target-driven approach.

- Ability to speak different South Indian (Kannada, Telegu, Tamil, Malayalam etc) languages is a plus

Skills and Competencies :

- Strong analytical skills to assess and track funnel drops and conversions.

- Ability to handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to Guests and Hosts.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
