Executive - Video Editor (1-3 yrs)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, skilled in video production, and has a deep understanding of editing techniques, motion graphics, and trends in digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality videos for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.
- Create engaging content optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Incorporate sound effects, music, and graphics to enhance video quality.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts that align with brand objectives.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, style, and messaging across all video content.
- Stay updated on video trends, social media algorithms, and emerging editing techniques.
- Manage video files, assets, and backups efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Experience with motion graphics, animations, and color correction is a plus.
- Strong storytelling ability and understanding of pacing, composition, and transitions.
- Ability to edit short-form and long-form content while maintaining high quality.
- Knowledge of different aspect ratios and formatting for various platforms.
- Good sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Basic understanding of social media trends and how they influence video content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a marketing agency or content-driven role.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and video automation software.
- Basic knowledge of cinematography and lighting.
